Tatyana Arrington is a Corporate Client Manager at Dream Opportunity, where she builds and manages high-impact partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to advance DO’s mission of connecting under-resourced students to high-income career paths. She oversees corporate collaborations that support student career exposure panels, large-scale client activations, and long-term relationship growth, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable impact for both partners and communities.

Since joining DO, Tatyana has supported partnerships with leading corporations including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Blackstone, Informa, and more. Her leadership has helped design and deliver experiences that bridge the gap between global companies and under-resourced communities, creating meaningful opportunities for thousands of students across the U.S., U.K., India, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico, and Singapore.

Before joining Dream Opportunity, Tatyana cultivated a strong foundation in communications, client engagement, public relations, and storytelling. She developed a reputation for thoughtful, strategic partnership management and cultural insight, skills she now leverages to strengthen DO’s corporate relationships and programming.

Through her work with Dream Opportunity, she has spoken to thousands of students across the U.S. and internationally, helping bridge the gap between under-resourced communities and global career opportunities.

Her voice has been featured across panels, workshops, and live events with leading companies including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Blackstone, Colgate, Paramount, and Warner Bros. Discovery. In addition, she has hosted red carpets and events with Netflix, Disney, and Hulu, and her work has been featured in Newsweek, Yahoo, Teen Vogue, BBC, and more
