Leadership at Dream Opportunity

Maisha Kabir is the President of Global School Partnerships at Dream Opportunity, where she has driven the organization’s expansion to schools across 25+ U.S. states and internationally in Canada, the U.K., India, the Philippines, Singapore, and Mexico. She has helped raise millions to advance the mission of connecting under-resourced students to transformative career opportunities, impacting over 100,000 youth worldwide.

Maisha has connected schools and students to some of the world’s most influential companies, including JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Kellanova, Blackstone, Brookfield, Kroll, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount, HSBC, Peloton, and more, positioning Dream Opportunity as a global bridge between Fortune 500 corporations and under-resourced talent. She was an early team member who helped scale the organization from a four-figure startup to a seven-figure global operation, while building the global schools department and its infrastructure from the ground up.

In addition, Maisha leads Dream Opportunity’s Talent Pipeline Department, designing programs that give students access to paid internships, apprenticeships, and full-time jobs. She has built partnerships with top universities, student organizations, and other nonprofits ensuring students gain the skills, networks, and confidence to succeed in high-income careers. Maisha’s work with Dream Opportunity has positioned her as a key voice and leader in global education-to-career programming.

Maisha has delivered over 100 talks worldwide, reaching more than 50,000 students through in-person and virtual events with schools, corporations, and nonprofit organizations. She has been featured on major news outlets, spoken for undergraduate and graduate programs at Columbia University, the University of California, and other leading institutions, and appeared on podcasts to share insights on her work.

Her writing has been published in prominent outlets, including the Canadian Science Policy Center (GSPC), Max Bell School of Public Policy, and Dhaka Tribune, highlighting her thought leadership in education, career pathways, and social impact.
