Leadership at Dream Opportunity

Madeleine Marcial is a Program Developer and Global Speaker at Dream Opportunity. She develops career and 21st-century-centered skills workshops and panels used in both in-person and virtual events for students worldwide. Since 2023, she has also led the design of most of Dream Opportunity’s creative assets, including event visuals, digital materials, and web content. She works closely with the Corporate Department to ensure that client-facing assets are of the highest quality and impact, supporting collaborations with partnered Fortune 500 companies.

Program Development

Madeleine specializes in developing and designing workshops and panels that are both engaging and academically grounded. She gamifies sessions, develops tailored content, and ensures that every design element is adapted to meet both student learning needs and company objectives. Drawing from established learning theories and instructional strategies, she creates workshop and panel sessions that maximize student development while ensuring that corporate volunteers find their participation meaningful and impactful. Her work guarantees that each program is not only high in quality but also dynamic, memorable, and transformative for all participants.

Speaking & Media

As a Global Speaker, Madeleine has hosted virtual events across multiple regions and serves as one of Dream Opportunity’s core speakers for the Philippines. She has moderated panels and facilitated workshops that connect thousands of students with professionals from leading companies.

Education

  • Madeleine earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education in English from New Era University. During her undergraduate years, she was engaged in student government and academic organizations.

  • She is currently pursuing a Master of Distance Education at the University of the Philippines Open University, where she continues to deepen her expertise in inclusive and innovative distance learning.

  • She became a Licensed Professional Teacher in 2023, credentialed by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines.

  • Madeleine also served as an Instructor at Gordon College, where she taught English writing and speaking, and published several papers on teaching and education
