Leadership at Dream Opportunity

David Targon is the Senior Content Producer at Dream Opportunity (DO), leading video production and creative strategy to showcase the nonprofit’s mission. Since joining DO in 2022, he has produced social impact videos for global corporations and managed creative campaigns that highlight DO’s work connecting under-resourced students to high-income career pathways.

His leadership includes producing videos and live events for partners such as JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, Amazon, Kellogg’s, and Aviation Week Network. David also oversees creative storytelling across multiple platforms, ensuring that DO’s impact is effectively communicated to students, partners, and global audiences.

Relevant Experiences Prior to Dream Opportunity

Before DO, David worked at Easy Aerial, where he tested and flew drones with clients including the U.S. Air Force, BNSF Railway, NYPD, and the Fire Department of New York. He developed and executed testing plans for new aircraft with the R&D team, and trained a team of drone pilots and instructors. This technical foundation in aviation and technology complements his creative expertise, reinforcing DO’s commitment to bridging corporate resources with student talent.

David has also filmed and managed production for over 100 live events, handling logistics, lighting, sound, and video for nonprofit and corporate partners. His background in both storytelling and advanced technology strengthens DO’s ability to connect students with industries shaping the future.
